Tasted on 9/7/16 on draft at Hops Hill. Pours hazy deep yellow with an average off white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is pretty clean, plenty of yeast spice, musty white peppercorn, dry bread malt, and some spicy dried herbal notes. The flavor has a touch more funk, damp earth, still very spicy, both from the hops and yeast, dry bread, with a bit of bitterness on the finish. The body is medium with just above average carbonation and a long spicy on spicy and lightly bitter finish.

Very pale and very cloudy. Thin head. Aroma has a lot of overripe papaya fruitiness from the azacca. Juicy hop character with abundant yeastiness, and some kind of muddled pale malts.

On draft at Oxbow. Excellent grisette. It’s a bit tart and funky, but it’s also light and refreshing, and it has some nice hop character and taste from the Azacca.

On tap at Max’s. Pours a hazy gold with a medium sized white head. Soft wheat, musk and a touch of melon. Medium bodied, light and hoppy, musk and dusty citrus. Light sweetness lingers over a dusty citrus finish full of musk and yeast.
