Sampled at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of spicy and light yeast notes, pale malts, hints of wheat and grain, and hints of fruits and citrus from the hops. Flavor the same with sort of a peppery finish. Average texture. A solid beer.

Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Pours unclear lemony in color with a big creamy head and awesome lacing. Aroma is light lemony and grainy, I yearn for a bit more. Flavor brings some smoother lemon, not sweet or tart or bitter but works just right with the yeast.

Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JUN 2, 2014
On tap at the Prohibition Room for beer week. Aroma of pepper, lemongrass, and spelt. Pours grainy blonde with a GIANT out of control white head. Taste is wonderfully light with notes of pepper, granola, spelt, and citrus. I was through the glass rather quickly. Top notch saison.

Keg at Mikkeller Bar - Copenhagen. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a white froth cap. The nose has lots of dry wheat, pale citrus rind and mellow melon. Very crisp, dry, moderately zesty, with more lemon rind, light bitter hay, wheat, salt. Light in body with average carbonation. Dry and crisp on the finish with light salty licks, mild wheat sugars, straw, rindy lemon. Lovely. Very drinkable.
