On tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill. This was poured into a long stemmed taster. The appearance was a hazy bronzed burnt yellow color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Semi-messy lacing. The aroma starts off with some sweet citrus, fresh cut grass, then some peppercorn turning into some lemon pulpy sweetness. The flavor takes all of the previously mentioned aromas and sweetly combined. Nice sweet to spicy aftertaste with finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with nice crisp semi-sweet feel to it. Carbonation runs light. Peppercorn hits just righ in a balanced harshness Overall, really nice saison that I would have again.
