From notes. Enjoyed as part of the “Destroy Our Livers with the Latest Cycle Release” Bonanza (as ebone1988 so eloquently put it) with he, Aaron, Gus, and Brian on October 29. 500 mL bottle. The pour is a nice lighter golden yellow with a thick cap of white head that slowly makes its way down to nothing, leaving a couple spots of lace. The aroma is pretty good. There is a ton of sour stone fruits. There is a light oakiness and a hint of a floral aspect that grows. There is a light sweetness coming through on the finish. The flavor is also good. It’s tart and sour up front and slowly moves through a light sweeter candy thing. It’s more like a sour peach gummy. It’s different, and I kind of dig it. The stone fruits come in hard and fade a little. The mouth feel is light bodied and crisp with a bright carbonation and a lingeringly sour peach candy on the finish. I’m digging it. 8 4 8 4 16

The aroma is full of peaches, tartness, citrus, hay and sour apricots. The color is reminiscent of tangerine juice. The taste is full of peaches, tart peaches and apricots, hay, citrus, lime, wheat and grapes. A nice beer!
