From Soti, Aarhus, DK. Bottled, 030714. Clear with no head. Aroma of fruit and grain. Flavour sweet with backtone of alcohol and rice.

Jow (3983) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 30, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours slightly yellowish clear with a soapy head? Nose is sweet perfume and fruit. Tastes of roses, cantaloupe, light rice, lime, and quite sugary. Not overly sweet. More like a spritzer.

vipinvelp (4505) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2014

25 ml bottle with Metallic screw cap Appearancr:Pours a clear pale slight yellow brew, with a small head comming from the fizzy bubbles. Aroma: light Rice, some fruit (ASpples ?) sand a bit of alcohol. Aroma: Sweet Pear. with only some rice notes. Alcohol hidden by the sweetness. The carbonation just uplifts the sweetness enough to make it still easy drinkable. Medium carbonation, medium body.

1FastSTi (3361) - Glendale, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 18, 2014
Clear with a light slow carbonation. Dome legs. The aroma is light and floral with subtle lavendar and that typical rice yeast. Very delicate aroma. Notes of Asian pear. The flavor is floral with pear and subtle raspberry. Sampled with a sweet dessert, this was a fantastic sake. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Very juicy pear.

beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - NOV 2, 2013

Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUL 19, 2013
Bottle: Served in an Ikea (?) taster: Sparkling white head that disappears right away. A clear as water with a somewhat green ish tint colored sake. Looks a bit poisonous but also inviting. Aromas of rice, dusty flowers, cream, peach and apple, hint of cabbage and white vinous. Flavours of apples, rice, dusty, light dry, grains, yeasty and light smooth spicy. Aftertaste is fruity, dry, grainy and rice. Low to medium carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture. Hmmm.. Sparkling, easy drinkable. This is a nice Sake. I like it.

Frozer (240) - Illinois, USA - APR 8, 2013
Clear color with tiny bubbles forming a minuscule head. Smells sweet and apples. The taste follows suit. Hard to taste any alcohol with the fruitiness. A good sake, my first good one.
