Pours a clear color. Aroma is fruit and booze and something else I can only describe as a milky cream. Flavor is similar. Has a smooth body and a hot alcohol finish. Alright.

Bottle. A- Alcohol, sweet, melons. A- Clear color, clear liquid, no head. T- Alcohol, sweet, apples, melons, fruity. P- Light body, dry texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Tried this both hot and chilled. Both were decent but I did prefer it hot. Slight and subtle green apple and honeydew tones, but otherwise not a lot coming through.

Drink as Ozeki Regular in a Parisian Restaurant, picture matches but thought this was from Japan ! Served in the classic hot tokkury. Unctuous sake, relative sweetness, good body touch of cooked rice, light sour alcohol notes, oat flakes touch, pleasant sake, good sweetness.

From the bottle at Wah Hing in Rathdrum, ID. Served hot. First things first, I am not an experienced sake drinker; this is only my second sake rating. Clear pour. Aroma consists of soy sauce, rice, hot alcohol. Taste is hot and boozy, savory. Not bad, even though I don’t think this is the highest quality stuff.

375ml Bottle available in an Asian Supermarket in Austria with an ABV of just 14.5%. Served cold. Clear liquid. Aroma of booze, rice, floral notes, kiwano. Taste starts out with a soft sweetness, turns lightly dry. Oily body. Lingering, slightly dusty finish with a reprise of floral notes and kiwano.
My first sake. God I hated the first few sips. We didn’t cool it long enough because our food was already done and it tasted like a very boozy, cheap white wine with rice. Served cold at proper temperature, it softens and is actually quite nice, bit still pretty boozy.

Clear with no hue. Aroma has a bit of rice and boozy lemon. Crisp and smooth with booze and light citrusy tones, very little aftertaste with a bit of booze heat throughout.
