Ozujsko Pivo, a blond beer, is Croatia’s leading brand, dating from 1893. The selection of hops and barley gives Ozujsko (5.2% ABV) a refreshing taste and fine bitter aroma. It should be served at 3°C with compact foam.

Note: Dropped from 11.5° and 5.2% to 11° and 5.0% in late 2009/early 2010.

Pretty poor example of a macro lager, too sweet and bland for my palate. Not good

Bottle. Clear golden beer with a large white head. Aroma is malty with notes of bread, hay, grains and corn. Flavor is spicy with notes of grains, hay, weird candy tones, corn and grass. Well balanced.

I bought this beer at the coop, before that this beer was retired from this supermarket. It is a regular lager/pils on the Balkanic way. It is a decent beer, when you are thirsty. The body is yellow and gold, thin foam, average carbonation, malty, hop, watery, but there is a decent bitterness at the end.

Piwo jasnozłote, klarowne. Piana średnia, relatywnie trwała. W smaku i zapachu klasyka gatunku, bez zapachu i bez smaku. Wysycenie wysokie. Lepsze niż Karlovacko... i tyle.

16.09.2016. 0,5l Can. Bought in Croatia this summer. European soccer championship edition with #10 Luka Modric all over the can! Pale yellow colour with white head. See through pale and clear. Sour at first with yellow berries. Kind of weak body. Watery mothfeel. Very easy drinkable. Fresh and light. Too light maybe.

Sampled from a bottle from Croatia - thanks Rachel! Golden lager with a white head. Some corn syrup sweetness. The taste is not bad, quite mouth-filling. Not much hop flavour and very little bitterness. Not very memorable but good as a thirst quencher.
