UPDATED: FEB 1, 2017 Backlog. This one was pretty mediocre back then, Pan did a better job at hefe. However, it’s still a shame that it retired from the market fairly quickly. Times have changed, would be nice if they gave it a one more try.

Rating for the past. Poured a hazy yellow color, topped with a decent frothy white head. Malty aroma with notes of grains and some fruity/citrusy aroma too. Herbal notes as well. Taste starts with a slight sweetness and some fruity feel. Ok, when really chilled.

Bottle, 500 ml. Used to like this very cold, almost frozen (it was actually kept like that in many bars in Zagreb) because it had no taste at all. Like drinking tasteless liquid which would eventually get you hammered. Never could taste any wheat in it.

Very nice and tasty wheat beer. Not always the easiest to find in Croatia but a good option amongst the beers from larger breweries. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kita (2093) - Koper, SLOVENIA - AUG 18, 2012
Bottled, 0.5l. Hazy straw color with mid-sized frothy white head and soft carbonation. Aroma of grains, grassy hops, citrus and light notes of coriander. Taste starts with light grainy sweetness and is followed by refreshing citrus notes. After that it lacks some character; plain mouthfeel and no trace of hops. Light to medium body, thin and slick texture with soft carbonation in palate. Unfortunatelly, I expected more, while on the other hand it’s still drinkable...

Bottled gift from Siri, thanks. Pours cloudy light golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is light citrus, yeast with some cloves and banana. Taste is light sweet fruity, fresh and acidic. Thirst quenching qualities.
