Molasses and some roastiness lead to an expected sugary finish in this tranquil puddle of a brew.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the clear dark brown.
-This almost tastes like an alcoholized Malta.
-Black beans appear after a while.
-This is too sweet to be drinkable.
-Needless to say, this brew lacks depth.
A dark brown beer with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy notes, light chocolate, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light chocolate notes, light roasted notes, light butterscotch, a tad cloying, so-so. Can from Hipermaxi, La Paz. jkisolieli (2) - - JUN 21, 2015 does not count
I like the semisweet taste of the malt and the alcohol content is just enough to not make you drunk. DeanF (2527) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 3, 2015
Found at a café in Sucre. Aroma is soft scotch and sweet oak. It has a nice black body with a resonating head. Flavour is a complex but disorganized mess of licorice and molasses with a hint of brown sugar. Medium finish. It’s a good effort but needs a fair bit of tweaking.

Cervesa torrada que pot recordar a cacau i a cafè, però és molt líquida i planera.
Cerveza tostada que puede recordar a cacao y a café, pero es muy líquida y plana. Panzerfaust (870) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - OCT 26, 2013
Bottle found on an Easter Island supermarket Fairly typical South American Dunkel, perhaps slightly less dull. Dark brown with a gray-ish head that diminishes quickly. Aroma has plenty of caramel malts, grains and fake chocolate. Taste is acceptable, not too sweet and relatively inoffensive. Traces of rice are discernible. The mouthfull is slightly watery. Not terrible but nothing to call home about. sm89walt (2080) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 7, 2013
Bottle in a random bar in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. A deep, opaque brown with a two finger tan head with good retention and regeneration. Quite lactic and sweet with almost no bitterness but some OK dark, dried fruit. Light to medium body, soft to medium carbonation, soft intensity, short length finish.
