Very good at high altitude - maybe a reflection on the drinker rather than the beer itself....

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a creamy white head. The nose holds some crispy cereal, slight metal, grain. Light to medium sweet flavor with simple sugary pale malts, some citrusy meringue, some straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance on the finish, more pale cereal, hay. Simple pale lager but not bad at all.

33 cl. Bottle.clear golden colour with a white head, aroma and flavour of malt, hops and fruit.

11.8 oz foiled wrapped bottle served in a pint glass. 4.8% ABV. Pours clear golden with lots of visible carbonation. The head is white, a bit sudsy, and quite durable. Frankly, I had rather low expectations for this beer but it is actually good ... not exceptional but a solid pilsner lager with decent balance and no obvious flaws others than those one might attribute tot he style itself. Lightly sweet up front and more balanced by the finish and leaves a mildly bitter and moderately hoppy aftertaste. Light body with suitable carbonation.

Easily the best beer I came across in Bolivia. This actually tastes like it should taste (a Pilsener). Not too different than Grolsh. A nice little hop bitterness on the finish with a smooth body. Bravo. Maybe I like this one so much because I've had so many bad beers down here. Or maybe it's because I got a good bottle. Refreshing and satisfying.

It is a classical lager that you can find often in Bolivia. I drank this beer in la Paz with a friend in a local pub. The color is yellow clear with a regular carbonation. The taste is watery and malty with few hop, nothing special.

I hate when beers like this are deleted from my list with no notification. Sometimes I find I hae less beers but it’s hard tofind which is missing. BEliee it or not, just in case that’s what happened, I found this in the Zoco Latino in BArcelona, close to the Sagrada Familia church. It was a regular lager with nothing special in it. Just a good refreshing taste and good foam.

vipinvelp (4424) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 4, 2016
Clear yellow, short lasting white foam head. Typical pilsener aroma and taste, nothing special. Just a nice country tick. (Velp 201610)

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is swet with notes of straw, and so is the flavor.
