Pachyderm Pale Wheat is an American pale wheat.The aroma is clean and hoppy with hints of citrus.The taste is pleasantly hoppy and smooth. We all know that elephants never forget. So when the Birmingham Zoo acquired six new baby elephants (part of the Pachyderm mammal family) we knew that our beloved Miss Fancy would have wanted us to help take care of them. So each and every time you enjoy a pint of our delicious Pachyderm Pale Wheat, well donate 3% of the profits to help the Birmingham Zoo care for their elephant herd. Trunks Up to that!

Some light wheat but not a whole lot more. Pours amber with ok head and lacing. Light crisp finish. Easy to drink. Shared at tasting.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2015 Can courtesy of my friend Noel. Murky gold pour with a short white head. Aroma is floral and citrusy with soft malt and wheat notes. Taste is wheat, sweet malt, citrus fruit and floral hops. Body is medium with a strong bubbly carbonation. Ends with more floral hops, citrus fruit, toasted malt, grains and wheat notes.

Really amazingly badlike how did it leave the brewery. Thanks drowland for the shareI guess. Hazy gold. Aroma was floral hoppy, not too bad. But the taste was horrible. Hose water with indistinct minerally taste. Gross.

Aroma is strong wheat and lemon. Look is good. amber with white head. Taste is smooth. Not a lot a wheat but pale indeed. Palate is smooth. Lemony. Corriander. What you have here is a solid wheat pale ale. An easy drinking tastey smooth beer. For what it is: great beer.

Can. Orange wheat malt and pine/grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Sweet orange, wheat malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice beer.
