Flowery and a touch spicy on the nose. Definite hibiscus in the taste. A bit earthy. Nice mouthfeel and not as funky as some saisons. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at City Beer. A more or less red one, clear, and with a small off-white head. Butterscotch notes in the aroma, with some sweetness and dried fruits. Very soft on the palate, semi dry and pleasantly carbonated. Some butterscotch in the flavor too, with prunes, dried apricots and some anise notes. Finishes more or less like it starts. Not my kind of raison, thats for sure. 130805
