Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, paper, rice - corn, sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottle in a Brooklyn backyard. Pours a mostly clear, dull yellow-gold with a receding white head. Aroma holds some malt and grains. Flavor is lightly sweet with more grainy malt and just faint bitterness. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes lightly sweet and short. Not terrible. Drink it cold.
