Better than bud. It’s ok for a beer but really wanted more. Gold in color, some head. Ok Mexican beer.

I’d had Pacifico several years ago, bottled, from a compadre, who enjoyed it; currently, ads are reminding me why I didn’t bother purchasing it. But, then again, it’s in the taste buds of the bedrinker. Si? Real close to being lite-like and very uneventful. Got to admit though, the tarnished, yellowed taxi coloring on the labelings are memorable. Seems to have an extra amount of some sort of CO2 in it, too.

Thin and sweet summer beer with a pretty typical cardboard/corn aroma and hardly any hops aroma or bitterness.

Pershing (562) - Garland, Texas, USA - JUN 27, 2017
Poured from a 24 ounce can into a tall pils glass. Clear yellow with lots of visual carbonation. Light malt aroma. Slightly dry taste that is a little tart. Light body with a refreshing finish. Not bad for a summer beer. The bottles down here in Texas are clear, not amber as shown.

Pours pale yellow with a white frothy head. Aroma of pale malts, sweet corn and grain. Taste is fairly malty with some slight grassy notes. Light. Soft carbonation, watery texture, light body.

From old tasting notes. Pale gold color with a foamy white head. Mild, slightly sweet grain malt aroma. Tart dry flavor upfront. Brief, dry finish and aftertaste has citrusy notes. Light bodied.

330ml bottle. Bright clear yellow body with a medium white head. Corn, some bread, honey.

wheresthepath (2336) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2017
Bottle at Revolucion de Cuba, Reading. Pale gold, light fizz, negligible head. Light lemony taste in an exceptionally thin and watery brew. Compared against Quilmes which I had at the same time, and this was marginally the less bad of the two, but I still always struggle to understand how tasteless pap like this has become the most popular beer style in the world.

Aggiebob (1143) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - APR 6, 2017
Bottle. It poured a pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma was light corn malt with a sweet taste. The bottle came with a lime and while it did not need it to mask a bad taste, when in Rome...so I added the lime to give it a slight citrusy flavor.

brownaler (665) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - APR 2, 2017
Faint lager aroma with solid amber body with a bit of wood flavor. Pretty refreshing and could be good with tacos.
