Lubiere (13915) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 12, 2017
A dark reddish copper brown ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light oxidation, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with loads of treacle, light butterscotch, oily mouth feel, nice and smooth.

Light citrus. Some malt. Good package. Great mix for style. Light bitter finish. Soft carbonation. Tap at Barley Brothers Stadium.

Sampler. Slight reddish tone. Nose and flavour of Bread and red malt. Very true to style.. I’d be tempted to share a bottle of this with my Munich friend, Jonas. Tasty. Sampled at The Woods in Saskatoon.

Ratman197 (14852) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - FEB 18, 2015
Bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of caramel, earthiness and woody notes. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of caramel, earthiness anmd light woody notes with a smooth lingering earthy finish.

AgentAle (1755) - Alberta, CANADA - MAY 22, 2014
Aroma is roasted malts, Caramel and toffee. Taste is a nice creamy body and roasted caramel notes. The bitterness is balanced nicely but the rich initial malt character finishes flatly. The appearance is a hazy brown with a creamy pearl head that retains fairly.

exeter (535) - calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 21, 2014
Aggressive pour light head with light lacing. Malt at the front and then it moves a caramel flavour. The ending has a bit of bitterness. A little more middle of the road than most reds. Is that good or bad? A light red. I’d have it again
