Thanks to Reimer for this. Pours an inky dark brown with a moderate brown head. Aroma is chocolate and mocha coffee. Taste is loads of chocolate, small toasted malts with the sweetness coming off of it. Slow warming from the pepper but it isn’t prevalent which is nice.

Bottle shared with Lubiere. Mocha pour with no head. Nice chocolate aroma with a muted roasted malt, cinnamon, some cardamon, cocoa powder - somewhat reminiscent of a spicy hot chocolate mix. Dry, sooth, low carbonation and moderate body. Decent.

A deep dark imperial stout with a very thin light brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light spicy notes, light cinnamon, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light chili, coffee grind, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, pleasant. Bottle.

This is paddock wood's best beer I think theyve ever made. The cayenne spice is perfect and the stout itself has a great recipe with nice chocolate notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice brown head and black body. Aroma of barley with sharp notes of sweetness. Flavour is a lot of smooth roasted barley but without much definition. Okay on the mouth. Not too interesting.

Pours a large, brown frothy head atop an opaque body. Nose of chocolate soya sauce mixed. Flavour really amps up with the Cheyenne heat, fun toasty chocolate front gets assaulted by hot peppers. Very appealing. Purchased at the brewery for around $8.

Awesome! Big aroma of chocolates and malts. Flavour is a spicy roasted malt and chocolate base over espresso and cayenne notes.

Aroma is sweet chocolate, cherry, toffee and molasses. Taste is deep almost syrup like taste. Mostly chocolate and stugar tastes. Slight cinnamon. Appearance is balck with a light brown head that retains fairly well. Bit too sweet, almost as if the flavors were added after brewing.

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose/taste of chocolate, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, light toast, vanilla and toasted chocolate malt. Medium body. Heat in finish.

On tap at Barley Brothers (Winnipeg). I didn't know anything about this beer going in, but it kind of blew me away. Lightly boozy nose, some chocolate, cinnamon and spice. Flavour was chocolate - but not too much - with some nice spiciness, notes of caramel and vanilla, and a full mouthfeel.

I thought this was outstanding. Aromas are cinnamon and pepper.. sweet vanilla. Yum. Flavors are sweet vanilla and a great cinnamon heat. Dark chocolate too. Awesome.
