Bottle, shared with Parksy at 5am during the Canada vs. Sweden gold medal hockey game. Hazy straw colour with an average white head that leaves lace early on. Grainy and very very dusty, flint and old dry wood. A bit odd and not very appealing. reebtogi (6350) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 21, 2013
355ml bottle pours a golden color with a 2 finger white head that settles quite quickly leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is cereal grains and grass. Taste is a grass hop bitterness with a grainy malty sweetness. A fairly well done brew that I recommend others to try. tom10101 (6228) - Quebec, CANADA - JUL 29, 2013
Bottle (355 ml). From dresden, thanks! Clear pale yellow/golden with a small spotty white head and little lacing. Aroma of cereals, grass, grains and notes of sweetness. Taste is sweet with cereals, grass, honey, nuts, alcohol and light bitterness. Weird mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Sticky. Get better as it warmth, but still subpar for the style. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 16, 2013

App.: Clear deep golden with a decent white head.
Aroma: Richly dank, grassy, peppery, leafy, lots of bready malt, boiled cereals, tons of dank/resinous hops aroma, nice.
Palate: Medium+ body, fine effervescence.
Flav.: More dank/resinous/peppery/grassy hops, a leafy tea note, nice bready/biscuit malt, wet hay, a bit of an odd honey? note, mostly nice; dry with good bitterness and a long, slightly eucalyptus, grassy/peppery hop finish, lasting bitterness.
Pretty good for the style.
Thanks, dresden. Nice beer for the style. Pale yellow body, white head. Sweet bready, nutty aroma. Touch of bitterness in the flavour, sweet malts, quite a lot of flavour here. Nice. rederic (3341) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 23, 2014

This is a solid high alcohol lager. The pour is a bright gold with a big finger or two of dazzling white. Sweet grainy and cereal malts with a hint of fruit and grassy, herbal hops; Saaz if i’m not mistaken. Sweet grainy flavour with a hint of citrus and grassy flavours. Overall a nice boozy beer Reimer96 (1743) - Alberta, CANADA - MAY 10, 2013
Pours a clear golden color with a big frothy white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts, grassy earthy hops and cereal. Taste is sweet cereal malts, grassy hops and a nice smooth crisp and clean bitterness with a semi dry finish. Excellent imperial Pils. gramity (1680) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 14, 2013
Pours pale gold. Sample size so hard to tell the size of head - looks like it would be generous. Aroma is sweet from the malts with a sweet grainy character. Taste is similar with cereal, earthiness, and some hops. Decent - will need to give a full bottle a try.
