Bottle from a Rewe in willebadessen. Clear yellow blonde beer, dense great white head. Aroma is between a wit and a weizen, some citrus a a faint banana odor. Taste like a weizen, fruity, medium to full bodied, fresh. At the end a more dull beer, a citrus taste dominatas like a sisi.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from 'EDEKA Preller' (Breckerfeld), best before March 2018. Hazy, golden yellow with a large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity aroma of banana, cloves, vanilla and some honey. Moderately sweet, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of banana, cloves, vanilla and traces of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit metallic finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Weizen!

Piepenhenrich (1246) - Steinbach, GERMANY - AUG 27, 2017
A reasonable Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Fair enough, but somehow it was brewed too far North of the ’Weißwurst-Äquator’ so if does not entirely fit into my beer landscape.

GuideDogSaint (1766) - Xiamen, CHINA - APR 10, 2017
500ml can from a supermarket in Xiamen as Weissen Burg Weizen. Pours hazy yellow brown with a minimal head. Aroma of malt and yeast with chemical undertones. Sweetish taste and finish.

In anticipation of a fish meal. Decent German weisse in aroma and taste. (Arnhem 201503) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Schmutzig trübes goldgelbes Weizen mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, estrig, getreidig. Geschmack süß malzig, hefig, leicht würzig.

bartlebier (4159) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - AUG 12, 2014
50cl bottle bb02/2015 , merci idiosynkrasie for this local-for-local style-breaker, always educational. Pours a duller, beige-inflected yellow, decent enough foam. Some yellow apple and wholesome kitchen spices (clove, nutmeg, older cinnemon) in the nose. Taste is mainly doughy with some aspartame, banana peel and overdosed grassy hops. Pleasant almond and green/wet hop finish, with again a sour-doughy edge. Not quite the advertised "frisch und spritzig", yet drinkable enough.

TaxiDriver (1847) - Stadland, GERMANY - NOV 10, 2013
Bottle. It smells fruity, light sweet, some yeast. The white head is medium large with a normal duration. The body is pale yellow. The taste is light fruity, a little bit dull, not much taste at all. The body is light and watery, light dry with a normal carbonation.

2.6
Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - OCT 30, 2013
Geruch hefig, leicht bananig. Startet hefig-bananig. Mitte herber, fängt an zu verwässern. Abgang hefig, etwas unangenehm herb, wässrig. Geht so.

2.4
WillemsUrenkel (2041) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - SEP 21, 2013
0,5 l bottle with a pale labeling. Looks good in the glass, maybe a little bit too light. Soft banana and herb yeast on the nose. Starts more vanilla, soft banana and fruits, all on a low watery level. A little bit dry to the end. Not so good.
