Very weak. In fact, this tasted a lot like their blonde. Aroma was grainy with maybe a hint of wheat. Cloudy yellow with white head. Medium carbonation. The taste was a lot like the blonde with a slight difference. This needs to stay cold. Malts with a slight hops influence on the finish but definitely not enough to save this or make it unique. Don’t get me wrong as this is much better than a Coors, just not much experimentation here.
On tap at brewery. Cloudy yellow with almost no head. Sweet bread aroma and taste. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 21, 2011
(Draught) Pours a cloudy orange body with a spare white head. Aroma of wheat, orange, and bread. Flavor of wheat, bread, orange, and caramel. llcooldave (1217) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - OCT 10, 2010
This beer was named "Tidal wheat" when I tasted it at the brew pub. I’m going to assume it’s the same as "High Tide Wheat" here. Murky amber brown in the pint glass. Aroma is hard to detect over the smell of my seafood platter but I get some spice, clove. Slight "tang" on the tongue with a spicy aftertaste, clove again? Overall, not bad... I would drink again. deyholla (11605) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 25, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy orange gold with a white head. Aroma was quite weak with a slight note of banana and not much else. Flavor had notes of wheat and an awkward sour note that really threw the beer off.

I’m not a big fan of wheat beers but this one wasnt bad. I little bread like but not like the moldy bread I’ve tasted on some. It was light and refreshing but overall a little watery. It looked great though and poured a nice thick head. dtblaser (42) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUL 15, 2006
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2007 Nice wheat beer. Wheat beers are often crafted in America to be refreshing, and this one fits that bill well. Finishes with a fresh bread taste, has some sweetness balanced with lighter, clean hops, and contains lemony flavors and aromas. I enjoyed this beer at Padre Island, pretty well done overall. Very watery, crisp though...I guess refreshing, very typical brewpub hefe.
