COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paljas Saison is an unfiltered and high fermented Ale with refermentation in the bottle. The use of a certain percentage of wheat and the little use of dry-hopping gives the beer a very nice flavor and fresh aroma. Specific yeast makes sure almost all sugars are fermented which makes it a dry and fluent drinkable beer for nice summer days.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops (Magnum, Cascade, Saaz, Amarillo; dry-hopping - Citra), yeast.

Jambes collantes, vilaines. Levure faible. Alcool inefficace sur les saveurs. Finale linéaire. CONCLUSION : saison de très mauvaise construction .. (3/1/2/2/1)

Lätt dimmig, ljusgul med tunt vitt skum. Doftar fräscht, syrligt, lite ananas och citron. Smaken medelfyllig, lätt syrlig, fruktig, lite kryddig. Eftersmaken hyggligt lång, syrlig och kryddig.

Light yellow with frothy head and a yeasty and fruity nose. Taste is wheat and some tropic fruit together with light ale and some grassy notes. Palate is rather short and with the well known Belgian yeast. Overall a nice summery beer.

Hazy golden, no head. Aroma is fresh: grass/hay, yeast, citrus, floral hops. Medium body, medium carbonation. Taste is balanced with sweetness and dry bitterness. Taste is hoppy: bananas, spices, coriander. A bit lagerish, but crisp and refreshing.

Aroma of fine hops, citrussy, some esters. Appearance clear blonde yellow with big head, a little lacing. Taste spicy, hoppy, some yeast, again some alcoholic sweetness. Aftertaste slightly bitter. Mouthfeel thin, carbonation overpowering the taste. For my taste too much alcohol and carbonation. Might be better if poored in 1 go with yeast: more balanced, tastier and fruitier ( grapefruit ), less sweet. Tired of waited for carbonation to disappate though.
