Very good...my second variety of the Palmetto brews and I am impressed. A fancier lager with some sweetness and some spice. Definitely not your run of the mill Bud. Pours a gold color with little head...very good and of high quality. biggmike (480) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA - OCT 20, 2006
Not my favorite style (lager) of beer, but much better than any American macro-crap distributed by A-B or Miller. Very drinkable beer that is smooth but no real dominant character to it. Still not bad. kenb (1102) - Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2006
12 oz bottle (thanks DecaturStevo!). Pours a clear gold with almost no head. Nose is typicall prem lager with lots of honey, vanilla and sweet smelling malt. Taste is...hmmm premium lager taste, lol! I always have trouble describing lagers flavors...either they are good or they are bland. This one is pretty good. Well carbonated, light/medium body. Easy to drink. Great gateway beer to pass out to your macorswill neighbors. Haack (101) - Hornslet, DENMARK - SEP 22, 2006
Bottle: premium lager mainstream beer syle: bright gold color, distinctly malty with some hops, soft carbonation, low bitterness. Easy to drink. I’m not a huge fan of the style, but this is much better than many other better known premium lagers. I liked the brewery bar. Nice place. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 23, 2006
(12oz bottle) Clear amber body with minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, cereal, caramel, light lemon. Taste is medium sweet, cereal, some butterscotch/caramel, light lager yeast lemon. Light body with light stickiness.

With the other brews measuring up pretty well I don’t understand the need for this one. i guess they felt they need a mainstream offering, too bad!!! jcwattsrugger (12517) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 8, 2006
12oz bottle-pours a thin white head with yellow color. Aroma is grain, wheat. Taste is grain, grassy, wheat, some mild hops. Has a malt finish. Light body. Nice. blankboy (7780) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 6, 2006
Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc & tupalev -- courtesy of tupalev. Pours a clear gold with a spare white head. Sweet aroma of grain and mild sourness. Sweet watery grainy flavour. Light bodied. No sir, I don’t like it. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - MAY 5, 2006
Bottle (12oz). Shared with blankboy, GregClow, jerc and tupalev - tupalev’s bottle. Pale gold with an average quick diminishing white head. Pretty ehh honey-sweet grainy aroma (rolled oats?), with some light dried out fainly floral hops; clean, at least. Tastes pretty much the same, with appreciable alcohol for some reason - again, weak but not offensive. Sharply fizzy mouthfeel combined with watery sugary sweetness and a quick finish - not an ugly beer, but I’d have to squint to get this to a 3. Bottle shared with blankboy, jerc, HogTownHarry & tupalev - courtesy of tupalev. Bright golden colour with a small white head. Sweet, slightly grainy aroma - OK, but nothing special. Light body. Sweet, cloying flavour - not refreshing. Didn’t care for this one much at all.
