On tap, poured into a shaker. Light aromas of caramel, grapefruit, and toast emanate from this one. It’s a clear, effervescent gold-honey color with a fluffy white head that disappears slowly and leaves a good lace. It’s a medium bitterness with a medium-light sweet. The medium full body has a smooth texture with a fizzy carbonation. It finishes dry with flavors of grass, citrus peel, toast, and burnt caramel. The dry burnt toast and citrus peel sticks around in the aftertaste. jkwood04 (5449) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 16, 2014
12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, dough and cereal, and pale and caramel malts. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent pale ale, but not the best. egg (394) - USA - MAY 7, 2014
Bottle on 5/7/14. Pours a hazy golden/amber with a minimal off-white head. Nose is cascade hops, grapefruit, citrus, ripe fruit almost like candy, gummy bears. Taste is sweet fruit, citrus, malt, grass. Overall pretty good, liking the fruit that comes through but not amazing. wisdomsolo (466) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - APR 25, 2014
Not a bad little brew. Subtle but pleasant aroma of hops and citrus fruitiness. Flavor has just a touch of bitter hops. Sweet aftertaste. I can dig it. geologyguy (1611) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - MAR 24, 2014
Very good fruity citrus sweet aroma, taste is of grapefruit and just a touch too hoppy for me on the finish..good!

Another mix a six from a recent stay at Hilton Head. Gold pour with white head. Aroma of piney and citrus hops and crisp caramel malts. Good carbonation with more light citrus and pine hops. Another average type brew from my stay. PlantCityJax (75) - Plant City, Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2013
Bottle. Local pale ale with moderate hops and clean finish. A good choice if you're in SC and want to support the local brewery, but a mid-tier pale ale overall.

Bottle from mail dot Duane, thanks! Hazy amber with a creamy tan topper. Aroma is dusty and grainy with sweet malt and floral hops. Semi-sweet taste of caramel malts, floral hops and some vegetation to boot. Mild bitter finish. olr1984 (1500) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 16, 2013
12oz bottle pours a golden orange with a small white head. Caramel malt and hop taste. firstsip (733) - Michigan, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Good beer. Golden hue, decent head on pour out of bottle. Balanced dry hopping. Not explosive hops--a rarity with American pale ales these days.
