16oz pour at a local bar in HHI, SC. Copper and creamy off white head. Tropical fruit, bready base, well developed. Great smooth yet big bitterness. Drinkable with nice prickly carbonation. Great balance between fruity bitterness and a malty base.

Pours hazy orange-amber-gold with a creamy light tan head. Aroma is malty, caramel, orange-peel, pine. Flavour is soft caramel with an easy hop bitter... Deep pine, resin. Very pleasant.

Bottle. Bready caramel malt and orange hops aroma. Hazy orange amber with a moderate off-white head. Biscuity caramel malt, slightly metallic citrus hops flavor. Light body, soft carbonation.

Hazy amber pour with a white head. Aromas of floral and citrus hops. Flavor is solid malt backbone with some hops shining through in the finish. Not a super hoppy brew, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Would be a great hoppier session beer.

12 oz bottle purchased as a single at Growler’s Craft Beer & Ales in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The pour is a lightly hazed golden orange, with a smallish white head. The aroma is lightly caramel malt, and a faint whisper of citrus hops. As the beer warmed, the caramel found a bit of fruit sweet. The taste was pretty flabby, the caramel, light toast malt followed by a grass mild citrus. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation, and a sweet dry finish. Tasted a bit more like an English Pale Ale.

12 oz. can courtesy of queenholly. Hazy amber / gold color with thin white head. Nose is pine resin with some bread malt hiding underneath. The flavor is pine and weak citrus hops with bland malt. Backbone of the beer is toasted grain / corn. Light resin finish.

Bottle. Golden color. Decent head. Weak, watery, hay, citrus. Taste about the same. Much better pale ales out there.

Harbourside Burgers & Brews, Hilton Head Island, draft. Well. Sitting harborside on HHI helps. Still, it is hoppy and tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap: Clear gold with light bubbly head. Sour aroma with grains. Nasty flavors of grain and other weird varieties. Ok, but not disgusting.
