Almost perfect. This is my new favorite and I can’t find any more. This beer is so complex but done right. Not too syrupy like a popular Irish brand. It has the proper amount of viscosity. Also not too heavy. Very, very good. A++ BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - AUG 5, 2013

dark color, great head, strong roasted flavor with a bitter, dry finish. This one also has a taste of currants and rye bread. Very complex, very interesting, and very delicious. Reminds me both of a milk stout and an imperial stout. jebert (500) - Watertown, Wisconsin, USA - APR 20, 2012
Wow! This is good beer. It pours an opaque black with a big brown frothy head. Nose is greeted with aroma of chocolate and malt. Taste is loaded with dark chocolate, coffee, molasses and dark roasted malts. Nice viscosity and mouthfeel. One of the best stouts I’ve ever tasted. Pairs well with meats off the grill - burgers, brats and ribs. MrBunn (2848) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 19, 2010
Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a medium/small tan head and aromas of roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla and cream and a bit of peat. Flavor is marvelous... lots of dark stouty flavors of chocolate and bitter peat mix with vanilla and cream to make this truly outstanding. I’m surprised by this one... and think I might need some more.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark brown with a very tan head. Soft foam head slowly fizzles down to a creamy smooth texture. Smells of dark roasted coffee and ash trays. Tastes foremost like cigar ash, but fades to a deep dark roast coffee, followed by some dark chocolate, light vanilla, and toffee. Incredible balance as none overpower any of the rest of the attributes. I am looking forward to trying some more from this brewer. Braudog (6852) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - OCT 3, 2010
Bottle. Traditional American stout pour ... dark black, with a thin tan head. Exceptional coffee-laced aroma! Mmm ... delicious java-heavy flavors delivered as promised, almost waking me up. Nice American stout. (#3997, 10/3/2010) bpreo (2974) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - DEC 4, 2010
7% alcohol. Also known as Sasquatch Stout. I ordered this for breakfast 3 or 4 weeks ago, but the restaurant was all out. Found it today at my bottle shop. I believe this is beer #499 for me. Perfect, now on to #500!!! BREWMUSKCLES (2744) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 10, 2011
