COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American-style muscle gets backed up here with real kiwi horsepower. A long, aromatic list of hops like Centennial, Citra and Simcoe should lead you to expect a massive bitterness and sensory hop presence, and you wouldn’t be far off that expectation at all. One for the hop heads.

330ml can. Clear amber, white head. Not the freshest sample with BB of 14/4/18 but still packs a reasonable hop punch with tangy citrus and resin pine notes on top of a robust biscuity malt base. Palate is clean and lively with a medium body and smooth texture making for easy drinking. Finishes with a decent resinous dry hop bitterness. A superior APA.

In Auckland, New Zealand , on tap at the Crown Plaza, pours a clear gold color with a small beige head. Nose is hoppy ! Taste is bitter and hoppy with deep pine and resin. Finishes on the same bitter hoppy notes with a moderately long finish . First day in NZ and a quick run through looks well stocked with micros ! Quaff Score 7 / 10. 7-3-7-3-14

Uma pale ale de sabor forte, amargor marcante e ótima sensação de paladar em seu final, quase uma IPA. Cor âmbar e espuma bege.

Keg Third of a Pint at Craft 100 Festival at Craft Beer Co, Clapham, London in Oct 2016 - Clear Orangey Gold in colour. Creamy white head. Good lacing. Very Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus. Hoppy; resinous piney hops. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Likeable. Decent APA. (2016-10-09)

330ml bottle. Pours a mild gold with little off white head. Huge aroma of citrus and other American hops. Medium body with a strong initial hop profile which fades into passionfruit and a subtle bitterness. One of the best APA’s coming out of NZ.

Pours a crystal clear golden-amber color with a half finger broad head with a froth, white head. Smells of juicy orange, ripe pineapple and crisp lemon peel. Has a cakey undertone, just to compliment to the bright fruity hops. Has a soft, velvet and well nuanced carbonation with a pleasantly light, flavorful body, which remains its refreshment throughout. Pretty dry from the beginning till the end with lots of citrus zest, a hint of kiwi and wet grass, together with blood oranges and balancing malts. The malts provide a cakey note, adding a white bread dough quality with more lemon atop. Its finish is a bit thin, but pleasantly dry, with just a small portion of the fruits prevailing. Very hop forward, with a pungent bitterness throughout, with just enough malts to balance the dryness.

Bottle sample at a Farewell to Bugrashov tasting at Stas’. Thanks Tom. Clear gold, white film. A little old but ok in the nose - mango and some onion. Bitter, sweet and fruity old hops in the mouth, followed by some dank. Light body, soft fizz, oniony finish.

Bottle sample at the "Farewell to Vova Shack" tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy golden, Hoppy aroma, fruity, slightly stale. Flavor is quite dry, slightly sweetish, with a bit of malt, and slightly stale bitterish fruity hops.
