Ottima birra bianca, con schiuma corposa, bianca e persistente.
Aroma con sentori di limone e leggermente acidulo
Great Yellow Blanche, with a thick creamy white head. Citrus aroma. JK (6162) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - NOV 7, 2011
Purchased at Enotecca Bonatti in Florence, March 2009. bright orange, thick looking beer, almost like egg yolk. Yeast aroma, with brett. Surprisingly complex flavor, with wheat, coriander, more yeast, lemon. It is tart, sourness is getting close to a lambic. BDR (2534) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - APR 16, 2011
A beautiful hazy gold body with faint white head. Plenty of lees floating around the bottom. A nice citrus and sour aroma with faint egg. A very light and almost fruity body an evervescent finish. Thanks to JK for sharing. CapFlu (5127) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 24, 2006
(Bottle) Shared at the PNW Christmas 2006 party at Oakes on December 9th. Huge white exploding head with a cloudy ocre body. Nice wheaty lemon nose. Flavour is very fresh and somewhat lemon peel. I really liked this one! Boutip (6385) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 3, 2006
Bottle: Poured a nice yellow ale with some white hue and big foamy head with great retention. Aroma of wheat is dominant with a superb spice mix including coriander. Taste is smooth with lots of wheat and some well balance spices. Body is above average with a creamy texture. I was really impressed with this one overall and really wonder if I tasted the same beer that was rated in previous ratings but I must confess that I am a big fan of wheat beer to start with so that may have influenced my rating.

Straw colored with a white head and spotty lacing. Rather spicy nose; coriander or peper. Yeasty and a wet wheaty smell. Flavor is a bit sour with citrus and bread notes. Finishes out with citrus and yeast. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 27, 2009
courtesy of fiulijn - pours a cloudy lactic-orange colour under a persistent white foam; fair but not overwhelming aroma of orange peels and coriander; robust but subtle carbonation, some sweetness balanced by a tart acidity, thin to medium malt backbone; very dry and fizzy finish with notes of coriander and citrus - subtle and refreshing MatSciGuy (907) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 16, 2011
[bottle] shared by jk. Pours hazy gold with a dissipating white head. Aroma has evident Brett, but it works, light coriander and lemon. Wow, the flavor is quite sour, lactic, some brett, a touch of sulfur, lemon, this is much better than the ratings suggest. Miguel (1181) - Saint-Ours, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 25, 2006
50cl bottle. Cloudy aspect. Round taste, butter, some blue cheese aroma and taste. Medium end (with butter taste...)
