Black color, chocolate head, lots of lace, and a nose to die for!!!. Toasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, what else can you ask for in the nose of a ’Great Beer’. Begins malt sweet, the body full, the finish ’Hopped Up’, a real plus in my book, light to moderate carbonation, pleasingly dry. This beer and ’Oak Creek Pullman Porter’, took ’Best of Show’ in my book. beerrocks99 (5) - USA - MAR 22, 2002 does not count

Rich and robust coffee & chocolate flavor...first instinct is to have it over a big scoop of ice cream!
