one of my top beers in US! it is a great choice to share with friends any time. You start with one and can keep with one or 2 more.. Chuckerdoo (8) - - JUN 13, 2013 does not count
This beer caught me completely off guard. The name makes me think it would be more citrus, however the vanilla notes with the orange give a surprisingly sweet buttery aroma and flavor. In love with this beer. ajm (1072) - Los Angeles, California, USA - NOV 12, 2007
UPDATED: JUL 29, 2008 When this beer is on, there is little to stop it; but man are these kegs ever temperamental. Only in the last month has this been sold to other taps in the state, and the result was a quick sellout. The word "bouquet" isn’t used very often on beer, but this absolutely has one. The oranges show up primarily at the finish, following a light-to-vanilla cream mid-palette to produce an absolute spot-on Creamiscle aftertaste. An absolute must when I am back in the PHX. UPDATED: MAR 28, 2007 Draft at papago with unclemattie. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, oranges, and cream. Tastes creamy and sweet with lots of orange and vanilla. Creamsickle, just like the description says. A pleasant refreshing treat. SandK (44) - Arizona, USA - SEP 4, 2010
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2010 Light and superbly drinkable. Hits the tongue smooth with nuances of burnt orange and a lingering vanilla aftertaste...very nice!

Holy orange batman! I’m not sure if I’ve had more orange in a beer before. Sweet, but not overly so. Reminds me of an orange creamsicle. Somehow works. bigbeersrule (113) - USA - JUL 19, 2005
A wonderful surprise from Papago. I thought all they knew how to make was really big high alcohol beers. While the alcohol may be missing the flavor isn’t. This is a nice orange hefeweiss with a hint of vanilla so it gets a creamsicle type of taste. While this beer isn’t for everyone it certainly is designed well as a summer thirst quenching beer. It gets a little bit warm in Phoenix in the summer and this beer helps cool you down.
Served in a hefeweiss glass, a nice slightly orange color. Good head and a nice aroma and flavor. It won’t blow you away like the Hopfather or Wheatwine they make but it is still a well made beer. jimbowood (1036) - Freeport, Georgia, USA - SEP 29, 2008
Draft from Papago. I usually don’t like fruity, sweet beers, but this was nice. Complex for a wheat. Like a creamsixle in a glass. DenverLogan (1240) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 24, 2008
Their best seller...not real big but for a tasty session beer this hits the spot...a touch of orange, zesty, nice carbonation, wheat, slight banana, vanilla, creamy, cream soda...tasty. jsquire (4564) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Clear golden color out of the tap with a small off white head. Nose of short bread cookies and orange peel. The cookie taste in this is huge, with white sugar, orange juice and pound cake. This is a nice use of fruit in a very tastey beer.
