guzgorog (887) - FRANCE - SEP 23, 2015

TtV (461) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - JUL 4, 2015
Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow gold with a sturdy white top that fades somewhat. Aroma has malts and a spicy hint I can’t recognize. The taste develops beautifully: a mild sweetness at first develops into bitterness and leaves you with a spicy, metallic aftertaste which is quite pleasant surprisingly.

rdb84 (617) - NETHERLANDS - APR 13, 2015
Bottle. Appearance: unfiltered apple juice, lasting foam head. Fruity aroma: mostly pear, apples, hint of pepper and nutmeg, hint of basement funk. Not bad. Sour taste with a sweet lacing. Sour: apple, sour white grape, hint of hairspray / turpentine. Sweet: apple pulp, pear, hint of yeast / cheese. This beer should definitely be paired with food: it has all the qualities to accentuate, rather than dominate the palate. This would go well with a salad with (goat / white) cheese, walnuts and / or radicchio, radish.
