This is a fairly old bottling, and the only thing that’s saved this beer is that it’s tart. If it were a sweet, fruity beer, forget about it. The beer pours a hazy, golden-orange body with half an inch of fizzy whit head that dissipates rapidly. Off the bat, this smells like a fruit sour. The nose is apricot and unripe peach with perhaps a hint of bready malt in the background, while the flavors are tart peach and ripe apricot in the entry, fading to a crackery malt finish. It’s a little metallic, but the age is certainly factoring into that. It’s light in body, light-medium in acidity, and medium-high in carbonation that’s a bit prickly on the tongue, like I’m drinking a Perrier. Overall, it’s fine, and I like the approach of making this fruit beer slightly tart. It doesn’t stand out in any way though.
Bottle. Pours clear and pale golden orange with a small, lively white head. Aromas of tart peach, sweet peach and apricot, and some sugar and hibiscus. The flavor is tart peach and slightly sweet apricot, with a mildly astringent bitter grass finish. Medium to high carbonation, lively, and a bit thin. Overall, decent, and it could be pretty nice with some tweaking. Dorwart (2609) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - FEB 6, 2011
Good sized bright white head of varying sized bubbles. Good carbonation. Light grainy malts, rice cereal and a bit of lemony hops. Color is a medium gold. Light peach flavor, a bit of zippy tartness and some pale malts. Finishes crisp and fruity. Eh. TheGent (657) - , Massachusetts, USA - MAY 14, 2009
Great smell like nice ripe peach and flavor like peach ring candy. Is this a girly beer? yes but if that is what it is aiming for it does it well. blipp (9713) - La Mesa, California, USA - FEB 13, 2009
Bottle. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Peach aroma and flavor is very natural, the flavor especially. Malty, and even some floral undertones. Not overly sweet, very drinkable.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is light malts, some grains, and sweet peaches. Flavor begins with a sweet peach flavor that gives way to a lightly malted middle mixed with some floral notes and a lightly bitter and spicy finish. The peach definitely isn’t as sweet as I thought it would be. jcwattsrugger (12525) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 26, 2008
on tap-pours a thin foamy white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet peach, grain/light malt. Taste is sweet peach, grain/light malt, secondary spicy/light hops. Light/medium body. Braudog (6841) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - NOV 4, 2007
Bottle: Golden orange, nicely carbonated, with a poofy, pocked head of white foam. Pleasant and inviting peach aroma. The fruit comes across with an authentic stinging sizzle, nicely balanced within a light, well-balanced golden beer. Well done, if you like fruity beers. This poured bronze with a medium head. It showed notes of peach with some light hops. The flavors gives a more pronounced peach flavor with hops citrus and bitterness on the finish. The beer drinks nice and crisp. RedCloud (129) - Rhode Island, USA - JUL 9, 2007
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2007 I experienced the beer on tap at the PCB. Poured like a hefeweizen. Smelled of sour, grainy, wheat peach. Average head. Sour start - hoppy middle - sour, hoppy, peach finish with malt aftertaste. The name explains it all.
