Pour out of 750 mL bottle, dark brown pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, cocoa, roast, hints of red fruit into a bit of oak, slight nutty note with a touch of grass. Taste was a mix of oak, grass, vanilla into a bit of tart fruit, hints of vinegar into some red wine, touch of caramel, finishing slightly sweet, slightly tart.

Bottle @ Richards Tasting. Another gusher. Brown pour with a big tan head. Green apple, sour, and some vinegar. A bit solvent aroma, some cocoa, and lemon juice. What the hell? Tastes really sour and...gross. Roasted malt, green apple, lemon, and solvent. Bitter aspirin, some vinegar, and old chocolate. Tannic oak, some grass, and nut shells.

bubbleflubber (2209) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Bottle #205 of 1200. Pours murky mahogany into the glass, with a light eggshell head that leaves soap lacing. A cherry malted nose ensues. Flavors of cherry sours, caramel and yeasty esters and finishes cherry sour. A lively mouthfeel and complex sour palate makes for a superbly tasty, ABV-nearly-non-existent, complex, almost Flemish take on this Impy Brown. Super brew!!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Big light tan head pours on top a hazy brown body. Nose is lightly nutty with a bready malt base and a touch of baking spice. Taste tis about the same--not picking up on the red wine. Fluffy and smooth.
