On tap at Tochca, Minsk. Pours almost clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is malty, sweet with a alcoholic note. Taste is light sweet fruity, dried fruits, sweet burning alcohol and pepper at the finish, nice.

Pale and a bit hazy, you can pour it cloudy if you want though. Classic belgian tripel aroma, light, sweetish, a bit perfumed, and with a hint of apple. Light palate. Light malts, with that classic belgian tripel yeast twist. Lovely and fruity, both esters and hops. No sign of 8.5% until my final sips, when it had warmed up a fair bit. Finish is peppery and has a tingly bitterness. A lovely tripel, good both clear and with a pour of the yeast. There are some Belgian brewers who would be proud to have made this (or at last should do).
