650 mL bottle poured, courtesy of mcberko. Thanks! Cloudy but bright golden pour. Thick mousse foam head. Tart berry fruit aroma. Soft floral. Flavor is a huge cherry lime with a brett funk. Intriguing flavor for sure. Tasty. Really can't get enough of the cherry like going on. A one of a kind saison in my opinion. Totally on board with this.

Bottle in Seattle. Thanks Andrew. Soft foam, pale yellow haze. Lemony tart brett nose. Body is soapy and soft, cherry cream soda comes to mind. Soft and mellow. Saison grassy malt base. Pale fruit is nice, and pale ale like. Overall not too memorable.

Gerbeer (4149) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 28, 2017
650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of creamy fruit and Brett, with mellow sweet malts. Flavors of mashed stoned fruit, earthy yeast and cottony Brett, subtle wood and doughy malts. Excellent.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2017 Bottled conditioned and a bit of a gusher. Dated 2016 no lot # or bottling date on label. Pours golden hazy with white head. Retention on the low side. Upfront Brett aromas of peach, leather, peppery and a hint of lemon coming thru. Great balance and mouthfeel. A very nice Brett beer with good complexity

Light oakiness adds complexity to the body and gives it a mellow earthy feel. The brett does add a mild desirable funk and low sourness as advertised. Nice take on the style. Nothing off about it. Bottle from sobeys. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy and light amber, with a thin head. On the nose, brett, raspberry, a bit of sticky pale malt with plasticy phenoles. Sweet, sticky, phenols and just a bit of brett at the end.

Draft - Soured grains, lemon and cherry. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Soured lemon rind, funk and some light cherry notes. Complex and nice. Well done.

On tap at the brewery with Alex. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is barrel and bretts with some fruity notes. Same taste with low sourness and some floral notes. Pretty good stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is mildly fruity, with some brett, cork. Light residual sweetness, lean body, lightly fruity. Weak final.
Pleasant, I was expecting more.

Bottle, shared with Davey. GUSHER!! Very hazy medium gold with an enormously carbonated off white head. Lots of funk with juicy vinous undertones and lovely leathery brett character, sharp pepper and a dry finish. Gassy, but delicious!
