Bomber. Crystal clear yellow, fading foamy white head. Sweet malt aroma, some citrus. Crisp, clean, not too sweet lager malt taste, Sorachi hops impart a unique and tasty lemony dill kick. Average carbonation, lighter bodied, moderately hopped. Very nice. LF (Lagerboy Friendly) Crit (4099) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 28, 2013
Gold, lasting white head.Light salty/spicy nose.Crisp palate, light malt in back. Pleasant spicy hop finish.
This brewery makes some very questionable offerings, but this is one of their better beers. fiulijn (21506) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 31, 2013

Cloudy blond color with small head. The aroma of Sorachi Ace is very light. Light and dry mouthfeel, light but refreshing malt flavor, with mild, delicate Sorachi Ace; ordinary bitterness.
Undaring beer, but granted that it’s balanced and very pleasant to drink.
Pours a clear golden color with a fast dissipating white head. Aroma of sweet pilsen malts, fruity esters and grassy hops. Taste is pilsen malts, fruity hops, grass. Taste is clean and crisp with a medium high carbonation. Nice take on on this style with the addition of the sorachi ace.

Bomber. Pours straw with dissipating white head. Aroma is sweet malt, lemon, dill. Flavour is more dill, malt and grass. Cool stuff, as a canner I love the dill in the Sorachi Ace, I think this is the best of their dry hopped lagers that I’ve tried. Ferris (17070) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 13, 2013
Bottle - Grass and white grape. Pale fizzy yellow. White grape, pear and a bit of astringent finish. A flavourful pils.

650mL bottle, pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Nose is full of fresh cereals, grassy hops and a bit of bready malts. Flavour brings out loads of cereals upfront, followed by grassy hops, and bready malts. Very dry, and dominated by the cereal. Highly drinkable and thirst-quenching. Great pils. andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - SEP 1, 2013
Pours a pale straw colour with a thin white ring of foam around the glass and leaves a few spots of lace up the glass. Aroma is sweet pilsn malts, fruity and, grassy. Flavour is malty, medium grassy bitterness, and corn like sweetness. jercraigs (11071) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 1, 2013
2013-10-23. Golden yellow body with a modest white head. Aroma of floral hops and mild malt. Light grassy touches. Flavour is pleasantly bitter throughout, very floral hop character, mild malt. Very smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Just okay. On tap at Volo, Toronto
