Dark amber color. The aroma hits with a nice nuttiness. The mouthfeel is lean, dry, with delicate toasty notes; correct bitterness; the final gets a bit creamy.
A different one; pleasant.
341mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber-tinged brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of English malts, a little dry toffee, and crusty rye bread. Flavour brings out dry crusty bread, English malt, a feint hint of toffee, and some English hops. Pretty light-bodied, characterized by the dry crusty bread. Easy drinking, no-nonsense pale, but nothing too exciting. Oakes (17676) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 13, 2014
Light brown, sweetish, not much taste, just a little brown sugar, touch of caramel, bit thin. Bottom line: If I was locked in a hotel room and fed this for 15 years, I’d definitely want to kill some people. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 10, 2014

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours brown with a fizzy/foamy light tan head. Aroma is slightly roasty malt and floral. Actually makes me think of cola. Med body. Flavor is slightly roasty malt and mostly floral. It’s not truly dry, but it’s not very sweet. Flavor is still sort of towards cola, with a light touch of chocolate and some light stone fruit. And floral. Best part, perhaps, it’s a brown with very little, if any, greasy nuttiness. And then I found it. Still, it’s well integrated. Gonna drink it.
