2015 Craft Crossing Advent. Pours dark auburn, small head. Dark cherries, chocolate, happy at the end. Not sure what I expected, but this is delicious, so many flavour surprises. Excellent. bcBelgianbrew (115) - , British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 10, 2016
Wow!! Not sure why, but wow. I wasn't expecting this beer to taste this good. My first quaff was followed what felt like 4-5 successive taste receptors/experiences going off. It was delightful. The sour & malt are each distinct & neither would necessarily please me, yet they consummate forming one blissful union. It's big bold flavour leaves the palate clean due to the hops. This beer is doing it for me. Wow.

Rating #1403 25.12.2014. 341mL Bottle #17 in the CC/P49 Mystery Box. Little disapointed I don’t get a Sahti tick here. Dark copper-brown pour with a rich, creamy tan foam that bubbles away slowly. Aroma is roast malts, vanilla, juniper, pine. Love the piney, gin notes that fade into a pronounced bitterness. Like a beer negroni. Superb. cards04 (2808) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 20, 2015
Pours a dark brown. Aromas of gin(juniper berry), some sweet malts. Flavours are some interesting sweetness follows by an intense aspirin like bitterness. Very gin like northropfrye (3620) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 20, 2015
My first Sahti though not a real one I guess. Berries, malt booze aroma. Taste is sweet with a medicinal aftertaste that is a bit odd. I’ll be glad to try other sahtis, ones that are listed as sahtis. markschiedon (682) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2015
Drinking from a 650 cl bottle.
