COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ve carved out a pumpkin Oktoberfest even Ichabod would love. This hearty, malty lager is warmed by the mighty pumpkin and lifted with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice and ginger.

Pretty weak pumpkin ale. Pours a dark amber with some of cereal, toast, fall spices. Faint spice flavours, some sweetness. Watery finish. Pretty boring.

Bottle. Clear amber pour without much head. Aroma is pretty spot-on, nice pumpkin pie, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Taste is much the same, but fairly light, was hoping for a little more richness and fuller body.

Tap at the Spencer Park Grill. Spicy pumpkin pie nose. Glowing orange-amber, clear. Light body, spices and pumpkin, mostly but not too sweet. Rather clean, decent.

500ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a fairly large frothy tan head that leaves some sticky lacing behind. Has a golden amber appearance. Excessive carbonation. Aromas of nutmeg, pumpkin spice and toasty malts. Flavours are also of pumpkin spice and nutmeg but also not overly offensive to be overwhelming. It’s well balanced. Some notes of various other spices, barley malts and earthy tones. Medium bodied. Slick mouthfeel. Pretty good.

650 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear copper colour with modest-sized cream-coloured head. Aroma is vanilla, pumpkin spice, toast and caramel. Flavour is cinammon, nutmeg, toast, caramel and a bit of pumpkin. Nice.

Sample at Mlcc. Sweet malty aroma. A touch of pumpkin spice in the aroma. Acceptable but nothing interesting.

Wow, this is the first pumpkin beer that was really good! Smells like pumpkin pie, spices and malts. Pours a copper clear with head that disappears quickly. Taste is like it smells. Not overpowering, but pumpkin is present. Good carbonation. Mild aftertaste. Overall I was happy and would purchase again. MB The Beer Bear-on

Pours a clear amber with very little head. Aroma has notes of pumpkin pie, some bready malts. Tasting notes include more pumpkin pie, lots of spices, herbal dry finish.

Pours a copper colour. Pumpkin and spice in the aroma. Sweet malty flavours. Decent but nothing too special

Alpha10 (830) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 17, 2016
2016/10/17 - Pours a clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, off white head that quickly reduces and leaves minimal, patchy lacing. Aroma is biscuity/bready malt, pumpkin, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, all spice), ginger and light hints of vanilla and toffee. Smells like pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream. Taste is lightly toasted biscuit malt, vanilla, ginger, pumpkin pie spices and light vegetal notes. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy with smooth carbonation and a lightly dry finish. I actually liked this beer more than I had anticipated. Great mouthfeel and use of ginger. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
