Bottle - Beige cream head. Opaque, near black body. Sweet and roasted malt aroma with prunes and dark bread. Sweet dark bread is dominating the flavor as well. A caramel note and suggestions of dark dried fruits. Hops not included. Alcohol well masked. Almost full-bodied. Sweet malty ending

Zwart/donkerbruin, iets lichtdoorlatend, beige schuimkraag, weinig koolzuur zichtbaar. Smaakvol.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2017 U Konstatu, Prague. Aroma: dark roast, bread crust, maybe sweet honey. Taste: coffee. Medium body. Rather flat. Pleasant bready bitterness in the aftertaste. More complexity and roast would do it good.

Derbeth (1126) - Kraków, POLAND - NOV 26, 2017
Bottle. Dark brown colour, almost black. Aroma is coffee, some caramel, some esters, some alcohol. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Full body, but not cloying. I don't like Baltic porters, but this one is ok.

Butelka 0,33 l. Wypita 18.11.2017. Aromat bardzo słaby. Piana szybko opadająca. W smaku czekolada, palone słody. Słodkie, ale nie męczące, z kontrującą goryczką. Alkohol ukryty.

09-10-2017; bottle; at home (bought somewhere in Bratislava, Slovakia). The looks the beer are lovely. They are exactly like they should be. The beer is almost black, thats how dark it is. In the light a lovely perfect ruby red glow can be seen. The beer seems rather clear. On top of the beer lovely layer of brown soft foam is formed. Foam retention is really good. I like it. The smell of the beer is nice. Not the strongest nor the best smelling Porter, but it is nice. I smell some sweet malts and a bitter hop touch. Most of the smell is filled by nice aromas of dark and red fruit. I smell strong cherry, raspberry, some plum. Mostly raspberry though. They give a nice sweet acidity to the smell. Nice. In the taste this fruitiness comes back. I taste nice sweet 'n sour raspberry, some cherry and a nice plum touch. There are also nice malts, with a slight chocolaty touch to it. Also some liquorice is there. Hops give a nice bitterness, but don't come with clear hoppy flavours. They are covered by the fresh fruits. The beer is quite sour for a porter, because of the sour fruits, but it remains well balanced. Although I suppose not everyone like it (I do luckily). The palate of the beer is nice. The beer has a nice full body, smooth texture and medium carbonation. The sourness of the fruits gives a nice tingle on the tongue. I like it. The finish of the beer is nice. It contains, again, nice refreshingly sour 'n sweet raspberry, some chocolate malts and a bitter touch of hops. Also some liquorice is there. Nice. Not a regular Porter as I'd expect, but quite a fruity Porter. Very nice though.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2017 Why not... Very sweet one. Tastes like plums, so it's definitely a Czech taste.
