Brewed with Louisiana sugarcane! A new Louisiana tradition in the works. Crisp and easy to drink, this sparingly hopped American wheat focuses attention on the understated sweet remnants of sugarcane.

On tap at Johnny White’s Pub & Grill in New Orleans (I think). Clear golden appearance with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus fruit, a light peppery spice and light honey malt. Similar flavor, adding a mild bready sweetness and a light zesty hop bitterness. Light and easy to drink overall.

Clear amber color, small white head. Wheaty, a bit sweet and grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Wheaty flavor has evident syrupy notes. Sugarcaney finish.

on tap @ Parish / Broussard LA --- Clear, medium golden amber, white head that drops to a thin cover, hanging strands of lace. Taste is clean malt that adds sweet on the swallow, then turns to light hops. Primarily a light, sweet, session ale that works.

On tap at Huck Finns. I liked this a lot more than I thought I would, slight sweetness and medium light body.

No aroma and little taste. But that is the style. Very easy drinking. Thin fading head. Perfectly done lawn mower beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml bottle from New Orleans:
Really disappointing stuff if I’m honest, easily the worst of the recent beers I’ve tried from the states; one that was just too plain & unexciting. An early sweetness opened things up but it wasn’t anywhere near as strong as expected, some basic malts & corn with a touch of hay & wheat followed but nothing substantial to grabbed your attention. The palate was poor with the beer seeming bland & a touch thin; definitely one to avoid, there’s just so much better out there to try first.

Tap at kingfish in NOLA. Light copper with small white head. Subtle aroma, due to small head maybe. Sweet, easy to drink. Nothing bad here, but not above average.

Tap at BMC. Hazy dark orange color. Light white head. Light fruity aroma. Soft wheat. Easy. Nice wheat tones. Citrus. Good finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
