50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of yest, clove and some banana. Taste of yeast, some dry fruits and a bit clove, nothing special.

(Park Weizen Hefe) Bottle 500ml at home from a trade with Beerhunter111, thanks! Served into a weizen glass. ABV 5.2 Orange colour on the body, hazy, with a tall and thick snow white head on top, average retention. The usual hefeweizen aroma with wheat, ripe pears and light clove. Taste has wheat, clove, banana, ripe pears, a hint of bubblegum on the finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Good.

500 ml bottle. BB 18/04/14. Vielen Dank an Erzengel!
Cloudy golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Sweet caramel malt, wheat, mild yeast and mild banana in the aroma. The flavour is wheat, bitterish yeast and some dry malt. Soft carbonation. Mediocre.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, modest sourish. Fruity notes of apricot. Finish drier, less fruity. Not bad!

Muffiger, hell hefiger Antrunk.

(Test vom 22.2.2009) --> 12,10,12,9,12,10 - 10,45

Being wowed even more by Parks weizens (see previous review of Valentins). Heavy, creamy mouthfeel, huge pillowy head. Hazy golden color, aroma and taste hit all the right notes. A new favorite for me.

Pale head. Hazy yellow colour. Mild slightly bananey nose. Soft bananey and hoppy taste. Not very sweet.

Draught at Parkplatz in Pirmasens (Ausshank)
Cloudy blond color; compact head. The aroma is mild, with banana and light spices. The mouthfeel is balanced; there is some wheat, spices and banana flavor, light residual sweetness and correct bitterness.
Its a fair Hefeweizen.
