Fruity aroma. Golden coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Fruity with some alcohol present. Slightly dry lasting finish.

Alc. 7.0%. Light unclear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, sour apples, red apples, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. 
Cask. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with no head. Astringently dry apple aroma with notes of perfumy rosebuds. Medium body, completely flat, astringent apples leaving tannins on your teeth. Not overly acidic though. 220110 Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2009
Cloudy yellow with no head. Weak aroma of apples and oak. Dry and thin apple flavour with tannins.

Bag in Box in Bon Accord, as somerset medium cider. Aroma has loads of apples, tart cider vinigar, loads of apples and nutmeg spicey perhaps even some praprika notes with loads and loads of apples. Taste has loads and loads of apples, super drinkable, tart and balanced, tannins add a dryness but just soo apply and something id love to have again. Comments: Another rather dry cider, especially for a medium, firm and healthy tannins, leathery and mineral flavours.

A Mes rate:
