Backlog rating. 33cl bottle from the brewery tap room, London. It pours clear light golden with a minimal white head. Aroma is intensely hoppy and all on the fruity sweet-ish side of the coin. No piny notes but strong apricots and pineapple. Taste is quite sweet for an APA as well but intense bitter at the same time and well balanced. More fruit comes through alongside some resiny and biscuity notes. Medium bodied with silky texture and low carbonation. Very balanced and refreshing.

Bottle from London Beer Lab. Pours wonderful straw colour. Head gives way to lacing. Zesty aroma. Perfect carbonation. Mild orange flavour. Up front bitterness, slight linger

Ragnampiza (757) - Rome / Lecce, ITALY - DEC 23, 2013
330 ml bottle from Ales By Mail, served in a tulip. Bottled on 05-09-2013. Pours a canary yellow, slightly hazy, with a dirty white head, quite frothy and persistent. Clean aroma of resiny hops, citrus, tropical fruits, bubblegum and some balsamic notes. Very delicate and crisp beer, and well balanced with a moderate and pleasent bitterness. Tiny malt backbone just to support the showcasing of the hops varieties used. Light to medium body, medium/lively carbonation and slightly creamy texture. Not a "in yo’ face!" kind of Pale Ale, but a well executed one, withouth a doubt.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail

Bottled 05.09.13 - Pours clear golden orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, grass and crisp maltiness. Taste is carbonated, floral and slightly malty with hints of grass. Finish is fizzy, dry and slightly floral with hints of grassy notes. A bit too carbonated and slightly metallic.
