Bottle from the brewery. According to the label, this is 5 months out of date. I can’t imagine that is to any detriment whatsoever, so why bother having a daft BBD, and then sell it anyway?! Anyhow... Hazy, reddy, dark gold. Filmy, white head. Vimto fruit. Bready, yeasty thing. Red wine barrel is evident. Taste is salty, sharp, and dry. Palate is chewy but clean. Finish is vinous sweet. Pretty dry. Light sour. Very nice. Even if it is past it’s best! anders37 (26156) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish. EdKing (2576) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 21, 2014
Bottle from brewery. Nice looking murky and rich red beer. Nose is dominated by the nutty, ruby, earthy hops, grassy, little bit of the saison character but mainly a nutty red ale. Some very light brett/saison yeast, funkiness, farmyard. Taste is also dominated by the nutty earthy English hops (?), toasty malt, and then in the background that funky yeasty saison brett. It works pretty well. Beese (2669) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2014
Bottle at the Partizan Brewery on 8 March 2014. Poured a hazy red with a dense, white head. Aroma of straw, tart berries and dry cereal. Grassy hop flavours with hay and some raspberry sweetness. Finish was blood orange, grain and candy sugar.

330ml bottle, best before 19 02 2014, at home on 1 April 2013. Quite red and quite big. Rather pokey alcohol in fact. Fairly fruity and a touch sweet for my taste. Maybe a touch of peppery spice. Didn’t really do it for me but then I’m not fully in tune with the Saison craze at the best of times. Not one of my favourite Partizan beers.

Bottle @ Dean to Mouth tasting, courtesy of Benzai. Pours a hazy amber beer with a big off white head on top. Aroma is rather peppery, yeasty, light fruity. Flavor is rahter bitter with the yeast fading to the background. Touches of apples and melon in there as well. Very fruity and easy drinkable. Nice one! Sampled from bottle @ The Hague tasting. Hazy orangy color, full sized thick white head. Smell and taste some fruits, a bit yeasty, slightly peppery, typical saison flavors. Not bad. sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - FEB 21, 2014
