Cloudy but clear greyed yellow body and huge fluffy white head. Smoothly squeezed lemon and white pepper nose. Equally spicy kick to the initial taste but with a perfect figure of juicy hopped saisonage, pressurised lime and a sherberty core. Finish of tail wagging refreshment right the way through 7.3%.jamestulloch (4109) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 8, 2013

Appearance: Murky pale golden body with tiny yeast flecks floating around. Large head that looks like whipped egg whites. Lively lacing. Excellent carbonation.
Taste: Sharp lemon, zesty grapefruit flavour and a hint of yeast. Delicious balance between the sweet yeast and the bitter, citric hop.
Palate: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Average carbonation fizz.
Overall: A fantastic Saison - a fantastic hop - a fantastic brewery.

Pours a hazy dirty golden colour with a large foamy head. Aroma of sweet apricot, peppery spiciness and some herbal notes. Flavour of strong sweet apricot, citrus, pepper, smoked wood, yeast, white grapefruit, floral hops and a hint of sweetness. Medium bodied, foamy mouthfeel and high carbonation. Finishes warming, fruity, citrusy and rather nicely hopped. Slightly too stuffy, yet refreshing and good.

33 cl bottle @ home. Bottled 02.05.2013, BBE 02.09.2013
Aroma is full of...Citra. Gooseberry bush, some fruity notes, grapefruit and distant yeasty notes. Flavour has lots and lots of grapefruit. Also some gooseberry bush, herbal notes and hints of spices. Finishes with yeasty feeling typical to saisons. Foamy palate, too much CO2 here. Refreshing and nice, some harsh bitterness occurs on some sips though.
