September 6, 2014 - with harrisoni and Theydon_Bois. Minimal notes (stupid iphone! or my fingers) - Gold, bubbly, solid white head - aroma and taste are light pleasing saison with plenty of sharp fresh lemon - quite nice, I would have this more than once again if I saw it - light body with a crisp finish. teorn88 (8066) - Rimini, ITALY - DEC 14, 2014
33cl bottle from the brewery tap room, London. It pours a hazy pale straw color with a tiny white head. Aroma is lemony citrusy and grainy. Taste is lightly acidic and crisp with lemon juice and hay. Finishes lightly acidic and dry. Light bodied with ok carbonation. Overall, lacks funk and depth. An extremely simple yet refreshing saison. anders37 (27898) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 14, 2014
Draft @ London Craft Beer Festival 2014. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity slightly sour lemon aroma. Fruity sour tart lemon flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a fruity sour tart lemon finish.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Funky yeasty lemon aroma, indeed quite Lambic-ish, hints of old lemon, lemon zest, vinegar tartness. Taste is slightly sourish, vinegar and lemon juice tartness, Lambic-like. Seems to me to be an unintentional, happy by-product of infection. bartlebier (4242) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - NOV 14, 2014
33cl ,bottled 07/2014. Manyfold merci to idiosynkrasie for the follow-up Partisaison batch. Label indicated only use of water, hops malted barley and yeast: I’d be very impressed if those yielded such an excellent, fresh and citric, old lemon-rind infused saison with authentic lambic funk qualities to it: radiant funky lemonm peel aroma, which I would have trouble distinguising from a Belgian 1yo lambic. Taste of very solid throughout old lemon peel, wheaty acidity, dusted with organic funk. Even when lemon peel was added, this remains a very impressive, balanced, natural-tasting, crowd-pleasing non-Belgian saison/lambic crossover. Have to concur with Leighton that this is underrated, but maybe the minimalist label and saison style creates the confusion? Also: this brewery is quite the UK’s De la Senne in design aesthetics & innovation it seems. jackafholmes (1024) - - OCT 30, 2014
Bottle from sandinista, manc. Hazy yellow ale with a foamy white head, also contains sediment. Sour lemon aroma, almost put me off. Taste is alot less sour than the aroma suggests, nice tang with lemon. Slight prickle and a medium body. Decent saison. olio (10750) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 27, 2014
33 cl bottle.minutemat (6373) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 11, 2014
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Citric and herbal on the nose, a bit grassy with faint hop notes. Lemony flavor, some grass and herbs, wooden tartness on the finish. Surprisingly tart and refreshing. Decent.
330ml bottle from Borough Wines, Stoke Newington. Pours clear gold with small white head. Lemon sherbet aroma. Taste is sour lemon, very simple albeit lovely and refreshing.
