Bottle at home. Murky yellow/brown pour, frothy white head that fades with thick lacing. Resinous, pungent lychee, thick mango and grapefruit on the nose, with some burnt candy sugars and mild barnyard notes too. Dry, slightly earthy, yeasty and a little spicy, with a touch of kiwi fruit and chalky minerality on the finish. Soft but full-bodied and fairly fizzy in the mouth. Soft grapefruit bitterness in the linger. johninmelb (1127) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2013
Fresh, sharp nose with strong hoppy notes of lychee, burnt candy and farmyard earth. Pour hazy - scratch that, murky - pale brown with a fluffy head and strong lace. Flavour is excellent - complex, fruity and balanced, like a bag of mixed sweets smouldering in a pile of burning pine needles. Finish adds depth with notes of lemonade, aftershave and kiwifruit. Slight yeasty, back-of-the-throat astringency as you drink but this is easily tolerated. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2013

Cloudy amber beer, good creamy white head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Nice tangy hop fruits. Typical Galaxy - slightly bitter mango. A little orange. Mild creamy malt underneath. Pinch of spice in the dry finish.
Aroma: Yeast with tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple.

Appearance: Murky amber body with a thin white head that slowly fades. Light lacing.
Taste: Underripe citrus flavours and nice tropical fruit notes too. Quite yeasty.
Palate: Medium body with an oily oily texture. Light carbonation.
Overall: I think this is better than their Spiced Saison because of the additional tropical fruit note and its greater overall intensity of flavour.
Bottle at home in London, picked up at the brewery. Pours foggy gold with a small, creamy white head. The nose is beautiful, lots of grapefruit, peach, dry pine needles, mango. Light to medium sweet flavor, some mellow yeast, dry pale malts, crunchy straw, pithy citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, some what dry, hints of sandy yeast, lots of juicy fruits, tropical fruits. Semi-ripe citrus, orange, clementine, grapefruit, peach. Great stuff. Extremely drinkable.

Pours light golden, slightly hazy. In the aroma yeasty notes, banana, coriander & herbs, with citrus hops. Well balanced with a slightly bitter finish. Nice saison. harrisoni (18583) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 11, 2013
Cloudy brown gold with thin white head. Strong galaxy hop aroma. Decent saison. Good yeast character. Full in mouth. Very drinkable. Went well with my lamb leg steak sandwich. Not overly bitter but very drinkable indeed. teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - MAR 10, 2013
33cl bottle from the brewery. It pours a slightly hazy golden colour with 1 finger of white soapy head. Aroma is fresh and hoppy, quite zesty with notes of agrumes. Taste is similarly light bitter with some floral hops and grass, some yeasts and bread, little in the way of funk. Overall, good sessionable, but not a top in the style. evergreen0199 (3369) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2013
Bottle at Partizan brewery, Bermondsey, London. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Yeasty, citrus, banana aroma. Tastes similar, spice, citrus, yeasty, quite dry and bitter. Not bad but I’d have liked it sweeter. jmgreenuk (9459) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - MAR 8, 2013
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Poured a cloudy orange with a broken white frothy head. The aroma is clean and grassy. The flavour is mainly of grapefruit and its a touch sour, but it’s a very smooth beer. There is some dry spiciness on the palate, but not a lot. Having said that though, the palate did develop somewhat as the beer was allowed to breath and got slightly warmer. Another great ale from Partizan!
