Bottle. The pour’s hazy gold with a tight eggshell white head. Big, fragrant nose. Lemon cake, dank grass erupt from the bottle as soon as I break the seal on the cap. Some perfume, rose petal. Sweet honeyed herbs. Very dry and chalky on the palate. Fresh cut flowers and grass. Earthy perfume. Light citrus, lemon poppyseed cake. Hints of tobacco on the chalky finish. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, wonderful nose, but this is way too dry for my liking. Still, pretty good stuff. wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle, Luvians, St Andrews, Fife. Hazy golden pour with a generous white head. Fragrant nose of grassy hop, yeast and citrus. Similar flavour with a slight tartness and a hint of spice. Light and easy drinking..Tidy thirst slaker. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - DEC 13, 2013

Slightly hazy pale amber with fluffy offwhite head and steady stream of bubbles. Slightly tart gooseberry but mostly metallic hops. Dry saison yeast esters, lower body than some with a sharp hop finish.
Key keg at Pig’s Ear beer festival 2013, Hackney, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, lemon aroma. Tastes of lemon, spice, citrus. Pleasant enough saison. Palme (4780) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 4, 2013
On tap @ Haandfest 2013. A massive impressive head on this. White in color and lacing on the sides. The beer itself is cloudy and yellow golden in color. What an amazing aroma. Tons of citrus and fresh hops, really fresh and grassy with zest and hay. Lovely. And yeah, this is a tasty saison. A bi untypical perhaps, but fantastic flavorful. Above average on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is soft oily. Again, really grassy fresh flavors. Tons of citrus, a little bit of cat pee, fresh dessert fruits and grape zest in the finish. A really tasty wonderful saison. 25.05.2013

Hazy yellow, thin white head; aroma had that cat pee thing going on; taste is lemon and lime, vaguely sour; bitter; pretty good saison. teorn88 (7671) - Rimini, ITALY - OCT 18, 2013
33cl bottle from the brewery. It pours a slightly hazy golden colour with 1 finger of white soapy head. Aroma is fresh and hoppy, quite zesty with notes of agrumes. Taste is similarly light bitter with some floral hops and grass, some yeasts and bread, little in the way of funk. Overall, good sessionable, but not a top in the style. viktorvee (510) - Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2013 Nice tangy light saison, easy to drink, lightly sour, lemon rind, grain. Massive white head. Not much to add, but definitely on the light side, without the dankness that some of the style have. JohnRMurdoch (4830) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 29, 2013
330ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. Hazy pale yellow, good head. Light lemon resin aroma. Boiled sweet & mild phenol flavour. Sour lemon aftertaste. Good example of style. ClubGonzo (5668) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 5, 2013
Tap sample @ Haand Festival 2013. Deep hazy yellow-orange body, big creamy white head. Nose is catty floral citric tones, lime zest, hints of wet grass and leaves. Very inviting. Taste is lime, cat pee, tomato plants, hay, citric peel, hints of wet grass, lemon and herbs. Not as amazing as the aroma, but still good. Medium body, high carbonation. Very tasty and fresh-feeling lightweight saison from Partizan, and my favorite of the series.
