Hazy pale orange with creamy white head, peach nose, medium carbonation, blackcurrant and mango resinous hops, long fruity finish. Nice belgo IPA.
Bottle from brewery. I got a bit saison jaded in the Summer and I’ve stayed away from them for a few n=months. However, this is a breath of fresh fragrant air. Clear almost pale amber, touch of light haze, big white foam head. Nose is a big hit of citrous lemon, bit of tropical fruit, light mango, crisp Brett yeast, grain husk, citrous lemon and orange, light farmyard star, hay and grassy manure. Taste is a rich bold saison, along the lines of Saison Dupont. Citrous orange and lemon, toasty grain husk, saison yeast, a lemon acidic tingle, straw and hay, light farmyard, Brett, alcohol. Probably one of their best saisons. tiong (7342) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 1, 2013

Bottled on 28/06/13 - Pours hazy yellow with a large thick white head. Aroma of yeast, exotic fruits, grass, spices, citrus and farmyard. Taste is smooth, fruity, spicy, yeasty and grassy with hints of citrus and farmyard. Finish is smooth, malty and spicy with some yeasty notes and fruity hoppiness. Okay hoppy saison.
Pours yellow and cloudy, makes you think there’s egg mixed in there. Aroma is great: strong Mosaic (hops, strawberry, hint of blueberry, grass), honey and yeast. Flavour is very fruity, a bit crazy, with some spice, grass, fresh red fruits. Finishes moderately bitter with a long dry finish and a slightly white wine like quality. It’s good, but somehow the finish is not quite as clean as I’d like. RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - SEP 22, 2013
Bottle, beermerchants.com Big sweet yeasty fruity aroma, pours cloudy yellow. Soft and easy on the palate, on pouring the aroma was massively prominent, the mosaic can be picked out nicely (one of my favourite hops), and there’s a warming feeling in the chest. Great combination of flavours. ghendrix (153) - Rochester, New York, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Bottle (cool artwork!). Pours hazy golden orange with tall, frothy, white head. Head lasts forever. Fruity, spicy yeast nose with grapefruit and grassy hops. Peaches, lime and grain also. In the mouth there’s grapefruit, lemon, lime and floral notes up front, with peppery spice coming later with softer tropical fruit notes and perhaps pine. It’s fairly low sweetness compared to what I expected after smelling it. A short-to-medium length, medium-bitter finish with some sourness too. Peppery spice lasts well. Nice medium-full body. JohnRMurdoch (4926) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - SEP 1, 2013
Hazy yellow brown, massive foamy head. Grapefruit biscuit hop aroma. Sweet pine hop flavour. Big bitter aftertaste. Massive flavours. I am not normally a Saison fan but this is great. Idiosynkrasie (7622) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2013
330ml bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and yeasty aroma, tropical fruit like lychee, mango and the like, some lemon, lemongrass, grass. Taste is likely fruity, bitter hoppy overtones, a dry grassy touch, also a tart note between lemon and lime; minimally prickling, all in all soft carbonation. Excellent.
