Small shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh, citrus, hay, tropical fruits, yeast, coriander, grass, pepper. Taste is fresh, citrus, hay, grass, citrus peel, coriander, yeast, tropical fruits. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fresh and easy drinking. Nice one.
On tap at Haand Festival. It’s an unclear, orange colored beer topped by a dense, white head of two-finger size. Nice lacings. The aroma has a nice impact from the saison yeast, it’l lighlty peppery and fruity, with peach hints, some canned tropical fruits and a generic fruityness. Mostly fruity that is. There’s probably a tad too much sweetness in the flavor, but it suits the beer very well, it’s semi-dry and with a pleasant level of carbonation, finishing mostly fruity. Except for the sweetness level, it’s a really pleasant one, wouldn’t shy away from drinking more of this, that’s for sure. 130525

A good saison. taste of koriander and a hint of ginger, easy to drink, yet kompleks. well balanced. high quality saison Idiosynkrasie (7848) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 24, 2013
330ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Floral and spicy aroma, pepper, a cautious note of orange. Taste is spicy, hints of bath salt, lime, cilantro. wheresthepath (2374) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2013
[330ml bottle from Utobeer, London] Hazy orange with a large cream head and rather too much fizz. A little banana at first, then dry, with sour lemon, pepper, bubble gun, bread, cardboard, sage and cloves. [That would be bubble gum I meant there. It definitely doesn’t taste of bubble gun!]. Undoubtedly complex, but overall I didn’t like this as much as I hoped. Beersiveknown (5301) - NORTHERN IRELAND - APR 8, 2013

dry spicy nose, full bodied with creamy wheat spicy character plus some bready malt reminding me of the best German beers but with the dry ester finish of a saison. Really easy drinking for its strength and another winner from partizan
33cl bottle from the brewery. It pours a slightly hazy deep copper colour with 1 finger of soapy white head. Aroma is quite complex, quite zesty with notes of agrumes and peppercorns. Taste is well balanced between the light bitter notes with some floral hops and grass, and the more sweet-ish side with dried fruits, some yeast and bread. Just a tad of funk. Overall, good saison.
