Very hazy amber beer. Tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is light, crisp and semi dry. Lemon - lime base, mild milky sweetness and a good pinch of black pepper. Trace of perfumed spice. Finishes dry and tangy leaning toward mildly sour. Medium bitterness. Good stuff.
Bottle at home in London, picked up at the brewery. Pours very lightly hazy, deep gold with a fine, creamy white head. Plenty of wheat and yeast in the nose, hints of ripening citrus fruits, some doughy malts. Medium sweet flavor, some spicy yeast, doughy malts, light bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean, lightly drying to finish, doughy bread, dry orangey citrus. Solid saison. Great balance, very refreshing. Nice. Bottle at home, picked up from the brewery, 01/04/13.
Pours a hazed golden amber with a thinnish white head that holds up well.
Nose is yeast, light funk, farmy, lemon tang, orange peel, pinch of nutmeg.
Taste comprises yeast, orange peel, citrus notes, grass, lemon rind, light spice, musty funkadellics.
Medium bodied, soft soft carbonation, smooth as, pitched perfectly, dryish finale.
This is a top draw saison!

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange gold colour with lasting beige head. Saison yeast subtle aroma. It’s a decent standard saison. Full in mouth. Some bitterness on finish. Decent beer. TBone (18225) - Pori, FINLAND - NOV 19, 2013
Bottled 330ml ABM. Slightly hazy reddish-orange color, creamy off-white head. Strong white pepper and cardamon, a bit sour aroma. Medium-bodied. Pepper, cardamon, orange zest in the flavor. Quite spicey, almost Christmas beer like. Like more fruitier Saison, but not too bad. yngwie (17234) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 26, 2013
On tap at Haand Festival. It’s an unclear, orange colored beer topped by a dense, white head of two-finger size. Nice lacings. The aroma has a nice impact from the saison yeast, it’l lighlty peppery and fruity, with peach hints, some canned tropical fruits and a generic fruityness. Mostly fruity that is. There’s probably a tad too much sweetness in the flavor, but it suits the beer very well, it’s semi-dry and with a pleasant level of carbonation, finishing mostly fruity. Except for the sweetness level, it’s a really pleasant one, wouldn’t shy away from drinking more of this, that’s for sure. 130525 FatPhil (17079) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 20, 2013

Pretty much the same as the Galaxy we just had. Less interesting, but more back to back to basics. However, it’s too much a cookie-cutter saison - just add 3724. Perhaps a bit yeasty.
Bottle at Partizan. It pours hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is earth, spice, brown bread, hay, lemon sherbet and citrus peel. The taste is earth, citrus peel, lemon, light metal and soap with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Tasty, but the galaxy pips it to the post for me.
